Photo Shoot with Ron Finch at his Studion in Pontiac MI!

Bill Bish of RidinOn magazine contacted me about a month ago about this trip. Ron Finch is being inducted into the Sturgis Custom Bike Builder's Hall of Fame this year, and this is his entry for this years Custom Bike Builder's Build-Off! Ron called Bill to tell him the bike would be finished Wed. of this week (7/14/2010) and I was invited up to his studio/shop to spend the day with him and be the first one to shoot pictures of it FINISHED! This is an awesome honor!

I had the pleasure of spending the day with Ron and his lovely wife Ruth, and shot about 800 Pictures. Rode with him to scout locations and ultimately decided his place was better than any we scouted. Can't show the bike here YET, but here are a couple of shots from the best day of my summer so far!

This is Ruth, Ron and their daughter Gail with the bike "Finicky" and the truck that's gonna haul Ron's new bike to Sturgis.

Ron told me he's allowed to ride without a HELMET in Michigan for Photo Shoots, if there's a photographer with him!
